Defekten tacho

Hallo Gemeinde
Ich suche ein defekten Tacho egal ob für tuono oder rsv 4.
Möchte versuchen das Gehäuse zu öffnen bevor ich meins zerstöre.
Hätt das hier mal einer versucht und Erfahrung?

Hab einen schreib ne pn was du zahlen würdest. Er funktioniert aber die rote Lampe leuchtet dauernd. Ansonsten wie neu.

Hi my friends.
I have translated posts with google because of I spoke only Italian or English.
Anyway if I have understood:
- "Hinz" need a new case
- "Homi" has a dash that have a light always on
Right? I have understood right?
For Hinz I have original back shell but good front shell are rare. So I produce some front shell with 3D printers.
Take a look at my site: www.androidx.it to see some pictures (and other interesting things).
Otherwise you have to buy an used dash with a good shell and use it.
For Homi i'm able to repair aprilia dash too so if you want to send it to me for a repair contact me.
If someone have problems with dash they feel free to contact me, for suggestion, repair and other.

Das ober Cover und die unter Schale auch?

Oberseite macht er in 3D-Druck. Unterteile scheint die Ersatzteilversorgung besser zu sein und ist deshalb nicht nötig.

I have various Back shell (back cover) because of they usually don't be damaged in track/street accident.
So back shell (back cover) that I have available are used but original Aprilia and in good conditions.
Original Front shell (front cover) are very rare to find. Usually you find them broken or damaged by sunlight.
So I realize a front cover, 3D printed, that is compatible with the original one.
(I'm not able to place picture here with phone so contact me I'll send them to you or take a look at my site )
Otherwise you have to find a dash (v4-mana-dorsoduro-ecc) for use the original shells (but you have to open it).

Yes, it's possible to open the dash by anyone.
But the question is....which is the final result?
For do that You have to remove five torx screw on the back.
Now shells/covers are keep merged by sealant into the joints.
So After this use thin plastic spatula or similar tool to force the two shells.
You have to use a lot of patience and a lot of attention because of is just a moment to broke something or create a damage.
I suggest to NOT/NEVER use hot air like hairdryer or hot air gun because of these tools damage the plastic and create deformations on them.
I hope I was clear.

...if you have loose your rpm needle after a fall probably your needle has a hole a bit wide.
So I suggest as to prevent the repetition of the problem place a small/tiny drop of "attak" (cyanoacrylate) or similar glue to keep needle in place.

@AndroidX :Yes his rpm needle is loose after a fall. Now he wants to open the tacho to repair the rpm needle.
but he would like to try this on a replacement tacho before.

Unfortunately no.
These two kinds of dash are hardware different and is not possible to do that.
But with "normal" dash you may use some parts as spare parts for replacement in your "aprc " like rpm motor, leds, decals/dials, rpm needle, various Pcb parts and plastic like shells/covers
