Jungs, helft mir mal aufs Pferd.
Ich lese hier mit grossem Interesse mit, bewundere die Energie und Zeit die ihr in dieses Hobby steckt und die Masse an Arbeit die man für Details aufwenden muss.
Was ich aber überhaupt nicht kapiere: Was fahrt ihr eigentlich. Gibt es Rennserien für Amateure, wenn ja welche, oder tummelt ihr Euch einfach nur auf den diversen Rennstrecken und fahrt ein paar Runden in denen ihr versucht die Zeiten zu verbessern.

Hier noch ein Bild...............konnte das Gestern irgendwie nicht hochladen. Jetzt fehlt nur noch der Cordona Sensor der aber hoffentlich kommende Woche eintrifft und dann braucht es einen kleinen Arm um den Blippersensor auszulösen. E voila umgedrehtes Schaltschema mit hoffentlich dann sehr kurzen Schaltwegen.

Hier sind ein paar Bilder von Proshift mit einem Kommentar von Chris Judge der die Halterungen gebaut hat um den Blipper zu steuern......das Prinzip mit dem Hallsensor funktioniert auf der Renne top......
"..................Some pictures of possible proximity sensor mounting positions. As you can see we have 3 possible brackets all of which include a bespoke gear-lever.
Each mount is different to suit the orientation of the gear-lever on the splined output shaft.
The reason we make these brackets is because the majority of customers prefer to use their standard sprocket cover so we have had to design the bracket around that, also every customer we have sold this system to has a different rear-set and gear-lever position so we have had to design the bracket to suit the majority of installs.
We also use a slotted bracket because we also sell what we call the “Bump & Blip” which uses two proximity sensors, one to trigger the blip in one direction and another to trigger the ignition cut in the opposite direction so the slot is necessary for this system.
We always try and cover the majority of possible setups that are out of our control which is why we ask all Aprilia RSV4 customers for a picture of their gear-lever so we can provide bracketry that will work with their setup.
We sell DBS systems for the majority of superbikes and have used similar bracketry to yours with the proximity sensor in a fixed position and a lever bolted behind the gear-lever on the output shaft, this works well because it will work with any rear-set or gear-lever position (I have attached a photo of this type of DBS install on a Kawasaki H2 * Bild mit dem broncefarbenen kleinen Arm)......................"

Passt, zum Glück
, nicht auf meine Galespeed VRC Pumpe, da die eine Klappschelle hat. Werde meine einfachen Smarties weiterfahren
Krümmeranlage ist jetzt poliert.....die Aprilia Racing GFK Verkleidung ist auf dem Weg.....der SST Tank ebenfalls. Danke an Rüdiger für den Tip, dass der SST Tank neu aufgelegt wurde für die 2015/16er Modelle.....RFW Kleber sind auch geordert. Jetzt muss eine Runde Lack auf den GFK Kram und dann hab ich so langsam wieder ein Motorrad.
